The Joy & Science of a Healthy Life
Good Saturday morning my beautiful <3
It is really beautiful here today. An almost nonexisting gentle breeze that slowly runs its invisible fingers through my hair and over my skin.
All while the sky features a gazillion fluffy white and darkly blue clouds. It is like looking up at a sea of white cotton. All fluff and gorgeous beauty, and they are moving so slowly across the sky that it does not even register in the mind and eye.
It is super pretty really :-)
But before you dive deeper down my words and my thoughts, my day and my moment in life. Juxtapose my Saturday with the recent words of Barack Obama and look out beyond the pale green and brown, the gray and blue, the marble, stones, the dirt and grass, the concrete and wooden floor where you have planted your shoes right this very moment.
And when you do, consider just how beautiful life truly is, and face up to the stark reality, the scientific truth behind Obamas words, the need for real action, not by me and you alone. But by us all, not to save one or two species to go extinct at an obscure day and date in the future, not to save the overstuffed wallet of another Wall street executive. But to save all our todays and tomorrows. To save the truth of the words and the feelings behind, "Fuck me, Life is beautiful". To allow us all to think, and say and experience that undeniable truth and fulfilling joy in a healthy life, something that can only happen in a globally sustainable, equal and healthy world.
“Climate change is no longer about protecting the world for our children and grandchildren, it is about the reality that we are living with right now. We are the first generation to feel the impact of climate change and the last generation that can do something about it.
I don’t want my grandkids not to be able to swim in Hawaii or climb a mountain and see a glacier because we didn’t do something about it,”
Barack Obama, President of the United States

I continue my musings, about life, but my musings are facts, not opinions.
Obama could also have said, that he does not want his kids or grandkids, or his beautiful wife to end up with cancer, diabetes, dementia and a whole host of other health issues that are all directly and indirectly linked to the side effects of an unsustainable society and world. Huge life disrupting (and ending) health issues that can greatly be mitigated by an individually and globally healthier lifestyle. A sustainable world is not just about a prettier nature, it is equally much about your health, today and tomorrow. For you and me, and all the other soon to be 11 billion + people on this world.
Above me, the white fluff, the darkly blue and countless shades of white and yellow, it paints something that breaks the canvas of the ordinary. And to me, in this moment it is almost like if a big, big painting replaced the entire dome that surrounds the Earth.
And behind that layered painting from an invisible position the sun backlights it all. Illuminating a bright white. Radiating yellow light on the feathers and outskirts of the clouds.
Mm in the air there is that tranquil scent of fresh hay. Open sea and strawberries, the tiny drops of dew and life anew.
It is a day with no human sounds. No voices. No traffic and city sounds. No planes running over my head. Just a silent breeze pressing against my mind, body and sensitive hearing.
I can hear and feel it. Outside and inside. Just as how I can feel the warmth inside each of the sun's invisible hands and photons touching my skin and heating it up considerably in the areas where the sun and I are holding hands.
Fuck me. Life is beautiful and I hope that we all can realize and agree just how important life is to enjoy and to love. To care for, to nourish and nurse so we can all enjoy it in a healthy and sustainable way. Otherwise what is the point of wasting life for ourselves and everybody else, it is the only one and the only planet we have been gifted with. And that simple truth holds no matter who you are. No matter where you live. No matter how much money you might have, or debt. It does not matter who your gods are. Your job, your political stance, your blood line and parents, your ancestors, none of that actually matters when you truly think about it.
What matters is that we allow each other a healthy, fulfilling, joyful and pleasurable life right here, today and tomorrow on this little marble called Earth. And the day, in some unknown date when we colonize our first planet beyond the outskirts of Eath, that simple truth will still matter.
Love your job in the dirty coal mines, love your fossil fuel driven Ferrari. Love your drugs and alcohol. Speed through the skies in your private jet, and adore the light of oil lamps as you snuggle up in your very best book reading sofa. Game on Playstation 4´s, watch blu-ray movies, stream UFC events, shoot 4k movies and create stunning art to hang in yours and others living room. Or enjoy your health, lift weights, eat healthy and stay as mentally fit as your body is toned and primed.
All that is allowed, but as a whole, we all live on the same planet. We all need to be allowed to enjoy sex, our own way. We all need to be allowed to enjoy health, our own way. We all need to be able to breath healthy air. To drink healthy, rejuvenating water and drinks, we all need to be able to enjoy a long and fulfilling, sickness free life. We all need to be allowed to dress whatever way we feel like.
My music, needs to be my choice. The way I fuck, the way I make my gf cum, that has to be our mutual choice and joy, our mutual pleasure, the food we eat, the food you eat, it has to be healthy food, it has to be manufactured in healthy ways. It has to be grown, farmed, produced and delivered in a way that does not require others to die in cancer and poverty. It has to be sustained from step A to Z in a sustainable non destructive way.
There can not be any coal plants needed, nor Tigers and Lions sacrificed to produce my Playstation 4. Neither do anyone need unhealthy energy, or slave workers to produce my hot gf´s sexy lingerie.
Fuck me. Life is beautiful, and we should all wish (and do what is needed) for life to be beautiful for us all.
