Fitness School
Do you know the right answer?.
Question number 9 in our School of Fitness.
Explain the difference between our chronological age and our biological age.
The question is this, Is it true that you can physically change the real age of your physical system ( body & mind ) depending on the amount of fit and healthy choices you make in your life vs opting for a more sedentary life?.

1.
Sorry to give it to you, but our age is all about them hereditary genetics and the amount of years since our birth.
We age the way we do no matter how sedentary and unhealthy we are.
2.
I sometimes like to say this short phrase.
'Our biological age is all about the accumulation of your daily lifestyle choices.'. And that is 100% how it is.
Your birthday might say one thing, but it is all about the way you live.
According to the very latest science, age is nothing but a biological state that fluctuates depending on your own daily lifestyle choices.
Eat the right food. Keep active by doing enough resistance training and cardio and watch your real age decrease. Sit still, eat shit, drink, smoke do drugs and watch your body and mind age faster.
For instance.
A study out of California San Diego School of Medicine, published in 2017, reaffirms what we know from previous studies, showing that women who live sedentary combined with less than 30 minutes of physical activity per day end up biologically speaking, eight years older compared to equally aged women who are less sedentary.
And this applies to strength, body fat and even the acuity of our brain. So keep fit, keep healthy and make it an everyday choice and watch yourself grow decades younger and healthier than your less fit and healthy peers.
Study up and keep on grinding.
