Living a long, and happy, fulfilling, and healthy,young, gracefully aging life has never been easier to do than it is in our life span. From the abundance of actual scientific breakthroughs and real insights, actually working medicine, insights in food and food production that is healthy and rejuvenating to eat, as opposed to what not to eat. To equally healthy and rejuvenating insights to how you actually should train and keep active on a daily and weekly schedule to not just stay fit an toned, but also to keep all sorts of biological decline and issues in both body and mind at bay.
Life today simply put gives people that want it, longer and healthier and more fulfilling life´s than any other day and age was ever remotely close to do

I ponder, why are then so many, unhappy and unhealthy?
Even healthy people are unhappy and the amount of unhealthy and unhappy are even higher
So, since anyone today, can for very little money eat a lot healthier than they actually do, most of the time for even less money than what they spend on being unhealthy.
And since everyone in today´s world can stay fit and active for very little money, unless they just happen to enjoy spending a lot of money on staying fit and toned and healthy (which obviously is perfectly fine to do too, all aspects of life is after all about how you want to do it).
Why do then so many choose to live unfulfilling life´s caught in the relentlessly spinning hamster wheel?
From the broken and unhappy relationships, that no matter how hard they are to break up, is always worth leaving. To staying inactive even tho it hurt both their own body and mind. Keep in mind that the hypothetical person in question is unhappy living like that. I mean, if a person is happy not working out and not eating healthy that is, of course, perfectly ok. Life is always about what makes any given individual happy. So this little write up of ours is not about those of you that are actually and truly happy on the inside. No matter how you go about doing life that is a wonderful thing if it truly make you happy, so keep on doing it.
But this is about all the people caught in unfulfilling and unhappy and unhealthy life´s and bodies no matter why. Be it working too much, eating to much crap, moving about far too little, having unwanted sex or not enough sex with the person you crave it with.
Perhaps you are fat or skinny.
Life might be swell except that you have too little passion and real romance and care for your needs and thoughts and feelings.
Is the problem, other people?

Is other people the answer to why so many waist their life away working to many hours per day at a job they hate. Is that why so many come home to people they do not actually want to see, people that never actually lift a finger to improve your life, the way you want to be and fulfill your desires and needs.
Is other peoples unfulfilled life and the selfish demands that they lay upon you, the reason why you stay at home, unfulfilled and unhappy, babysitting every day, all day long. Perhaps not even just your own, but others kids too, instead of going out into the world and working, seeing and doing and living the life you would enjoy.
After all, there are entire armies of unemployed people that would love to babysit and would do it for a lot less then the money you would make by working and living your life.( As a reminder, this is about the ones that are unhappy, clearly some enjoy being a stay at home wife or husband, full time or part time, just like some would never ever dream of staying at home instead of going to work since for most work is much easier then baby sitting at home full time )
Is is insanity that makes so many people express sadness when same sex couples are allowed to be happily married ( some people, believe it or not are happily married, and happy is what matters, not being married or divorced ). Because, if we are honest. No matter a persons personal faith, no matter your own individual thoughts and needs for life to be happy for you. Why would ever, another persons fulfilling life and happiness make your life less?.
Which begs the question why so many express sadness, disbelief, grief and hurt and fear when another person, male or female, is allowed to marry whomever they fancy, is allowed to enjoy and dislike any kind of sex they want to say yes and no to. Why is it that another persons choice in being healthy, or unhealthy, if that actually and truly makes them happy, make others feel threatened?.
Why is it that some families cant take it when a family member is enjoying being toned, fit, beautiful and healthy, and instead keep pushing their buttons to fatten them up and get them to eat unhealthy ( which not only hurts their health, but actually makes them unhappy since in this case, being healthy makes them happy ).
Is it insanity? Is it an abusive, bully mentality. Is it the sheep flock mentality, that no one else can be allowed to do anything you do not approve of because some how seeing another person enjoying life makes you realize how unhappy you are?.
Is is selfish greed, evil people, stupid people, ruthless and hyper intelligent, but sociopathic people that makes you work yourself to death all while being underpaid, all for the promise of perhaps being paid fairly in 200 years of unfulfilled, unhealthy life? Is that why so many are threatened by a healthier world with healthy air and sustainable energy. Is that why some hate the idea of farming that actually cares for the life of the farm animals. Is that why some people hate green technology and actual science as opposed to trumpeting out hyperbole, flat out lies and fantasies.
The question is why others would ever care for how another person prefers to braid her hair and dress. Why someone elses faith, or lack of (like i dont believe in any god or religion) would impact anyone elses life or needs in life. Why is it that so many are scared of allowing girls to enjoy sex the way guys are. Why do people prefer others to be so drunk and high that they have no idea what they are doing, instead of allowing them the same joy and pleasure and naughty needs all sober, and by their own choice.
No, i do not have the answer to that. But I do know that one sad part of it all includes disturbed people that simply cant cope with the reality of a life where others are allowed to live a happy life by their own free will.
Cocoa and working out
small but significant steps to better health and longevity
But if you are searching for small ways to live a healthier life that rejuvenates your health and age no matter your actual biological age and current shape.
Then, current science shows us that including pure cocoa in your daily food will actually keep your brain all healthy and young, decades younger then your current biological age. And since the same effect happens in both body and brain, when you take daily walks (just 20 minute walks as early in the day as possible). I would say that you have two very easy to do things to greatly improve the healthy longevity of your life there. And for not a whole lot of money at all.
Yes, you do need about 900mg of flavanols on a daily basis to get any actual change, but in recent studies, after 3 month´s of that dose, the up to 69 year old participants had brains as healthy and fit as a 30 year old. And, if you go for pure cocoa (forget about chocolate ice cream and cookies and candy bars, buy pure cocoa powder), then 900mg of flavanols on a daily basis is actually not that hard or expensive to achieve.
Not to mention that it has previously been shown to help greatly, i might add, with blood pressure and cardiac related health problems. And your good mood. So, all thumbs up for you including cocoa in your daily eating.
Other, and related science shows that people need dairy in their life. And that cow dairy is healthier then any other substitute. so go for milk or sugar free yogurt, and you will get quality carbs, super high quality protein (as good as eggs and red meat and without all the health negatives of eating read meat), vitamin D and needed minerals. And quality calories, for a very, very low amount of money. And then you just sprinkle your cocoa on top of it, making it much more pleasant to eat all that cocoa, because pure cocoa do taste quite meh.
Just pick dairy from farmers that do care about their farm animals, meaning, hormone free raised cattle, free walking cows that have access to life indoor and outdoor by their own choosing.
And if you would like to take your active life to the next level, to the benefit of both body, looks, sex drive, health and brain.
Lift challenging weights 3 to 5 days per week, not less and not more.
If going to a gym is not your cup, for whatever reason, invest money in one barbell and enough weight to challenge you when you do Squats, Dead lifts, Bench press, shoulder press, barbell curls and close grip bench press.
Which would actually give you every weight lifting exercise you ever need to stay fit, toned and healthy, and for not much money at all.
Yes. it is true, if you have aspirations to become a pro athlete then you need the gym and additional exercises, but if your intentions are nothing but to get seriously fit and toned, with strong, healthy muscles and health, low amounts of body fat and a happy mind, then that is all you actually need. And in time, doing it 40 to 60 minutes per time is all you ever need for a life of health.
Best of all, just like cocoa makes the brain all happy young again, lifting weights and taking outdoors walks, makes your mind and body young again too, no matter your current biological age. So it is never to late to make the rest of your life better.
